Shipping/Refund Policies

Processing of All Orders

Processing of regular orders take 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing of wholesale orders take 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  

We know you are eager to receive your products but give us time to process your order. A rushed product is not complete.

Shipping

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please wait 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated into the system. Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that USPS/UPS may have delays. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers.

Starting June 1st, we will only ship orders containing body butters and scrubs from Monday-Wednesday. We will not be shipping past Wednesday to avoid the melting of your products in transit. Your package sit in the USPS warehouses and take a longer time to deliver when shipped after Wednesday.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, your order will start to process and no cancellations can be made.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrived to you damaged.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • You are dissatisfied with the products you’ve ordered.

We make sure that every single order is thoroughly checked to ensure each customer receive everything that they’ve ordered. In the event that there was a mistake on my end, you may request a refund or a replacement.

Refund

In order for me to process a refund for items that are damaged, you must submit photos of damaged items within 2 days of delivery.

If you’ve received an incorrect product or you are dissatisfied with the products you’ve ordered, you may return the products for a refund. A refund will be processed once I've received your package. I do not refund shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package was lost in transit, please notify me so I can help you with this. You may be able to file a claim with UPS or USPS for lost packages during transit.

 

Whipped Body Butters and Scrubs

I cannot guarantee that your butters and scrubs will arrive to you not melted in a 90 degree weather. In the summer, our Whipped Body Butter and Scrubs have a tendency to melt especially if the temperature is above 85 degrees. I offer ice packs for purchase to help keep your items cool until they arrive at their destination. I also wrap items in aluminum foil to help conduct away the heat from the butters and scrubs. I advised that you remove your packages from your mailbox after delivery and keep away from direct sunlight and windows. In the event that your body butters have been melted, place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. They will not lose their benefits, just their fluffiness and swirl.

Samples

Sample items may or may not be perfect. They still show the texture, color and scent of the product and is still okay to use if melted.

Sample items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

On sale items

Any item(s) bought during any sale event are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

 

Please enter the correct name and address before submitting your purchase to avoid confusion during shipping. 

If your package was returned to me for an invalid address, you will have to pay a shipping fee to have it sent to the correct address. Failure to do so, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded for ITEMS ONLY.
